Due to busy work, my sub-health condition is very serious. Many office workers suffer from problems such as wrist pain, neck pain, back pain, etc. These seemingly insignificant illnesses are increasingly plaguing urban white-collar workers. Experts remind that these three kinds of pain should not be underestimated and urban white-collar women should pay close attention to them.


Wrist pain

"Carpal tunnel syndrome", commonly known as "mouse hand", is related to white-collar workers using the mouse in a fixed posture for a long time.

Warm reminder: If the wrist is fixed in one position for a long time or the same action is performed repeatedly, symptoms such as limited finger movement, pain, and numbness of the palm will appear, eventually forming carpal tunnel syndrome.


Neck pain

If the cervical spine is under pressure for a long time, cervical spondylosis will occur to white-collar workers working in office buildings. Clinically, cervical spondylosis has shown a trend of becoming younger.

The progression of cervical spondylosis is a long and slow process, so exercise and care when you are young are very important.

Warm reminder: People who often sit and rarely exercise should cherish the opportunity to walk every day. At the same time, they should pay attention to maintaining correct standing and walking postures.


Back pain

Some people who work at a desk sometimes have to stop working because of sudden severe pain in the hip or waist. In this regard, experts believe that long-term incorrect sitting posture and lack of exercise are the causes of sciatica.

Therefore, white-collar workers who often sit in the office should pay attention to correcting their sitting posture. It is best to get up and walk around every hour to relax the cervical and lumbar vertebrae. Doing more exercises, such as swimming, can be a good way to exercise the waist and back muscles.
