You can massage the acupuncture point 50-100 times a day. Each acupoint should be retained for 2 to 3 days until the onset of pain. Then, the acupoints and fenugreek seeds should be replaced, alternating between the two ears. Generally, one course of treatment consists of 10 sessions, and most patients can achieve significant results after 2-3 courses of treatment.
