How to open red wine? It is very difficult to open red wine. It is mainly corked, so that no air can enter the wine while it is brewing, so that the taste and aroma of the wine are well preserved.

How to open red wine:

1. Bottle opener with a knife: First wipe the wine bottle clean, then use a knife to cut the rubber cap on the bottle mouth, and then wipe the bottle mouth clean. At this time, insert the tip of the screw drill into the center of the cork, then upright the screw drill and slowly rotate it clockwise to drill into the cork. First, buckle the first movable joint to the bottle mouth and hold it tightly with your left hand; then use your right hand to lift the handle straight up. When the cork is half out, buckle the second joint to the bottle mouth and repeat the previous action. If you feel the cork is about to come out, stop, hold the cork with your hand, and gently shake or turn it, and the cork will come out.

2. Seahorse corkscrew: Press the back of the knife and cut 180 degrees counterclockwise at the raised part of the bottle mouth, then cut another 180 degrees clockwise until the bottle is open. Then aim at the cork, push vertically downward, and rotate the wine knife clockwise. Remember not to drill through the cork. Use the outermost horseshoe-shaped part to press against the bottle mouth and lift the knife handle upwards with force until the bottle is opened. Do not take out the cork directly to prevent sawdust from falling. Just pull it apart slowly.

3. Pneumatic corkscrew: Place the paper cutter at 90 degrees on the top of the wine bottle, hold the bottle mouth with the blade and turn it to cut the foil. Then insert the needle of the corkscrew into the wine bottle from the middle of the cork and cover the bottle mouth with a plastic protective cover. Move it up and down to inject air into the bottle until the cork slides out of the bottle mouth (usually each bottle of wine can be opened after 4-7 times). Finally, use the small plastic slider on the protective cover to remove the cork from the air needle.

How to open red wine without a corkscrew?

1. Remove the cork and knock it in with chopsticks or a hammer.

2. Use a thick book, preferably a thick phone book. Place the book on the wall and hold it down with one hand; hold the bottle with the other hand and smash the bottom of the bottle against the center of the book or phone book. Keep the strength moderate and the speed even. If you observe carefully, you will see the cork slowly rise outwards automatically.

3. Cut the bottle cap, take a piece of cloth and spread it on the wall. Hold the bottle in your hand and gently hit the cloth on the wall with the bottom of the bottle. The cork will slowly push out. When it is almost halfway up, place the bottle on the table. After the bubbles disappear, slowly pull out the cork.

Through the above introduction, we have some understanding of how to open red wine. Now there are many utensils for opening red wine, and you can choose when opening the wine. However, it should be noted that after opening the red wine, if you cannot drink it, you have to use the cork again. This is something to pay attention to.
