Cut 10 grams each of Schizonepeta, Perilla leaf and ginger into coarse powder and brew with 6 grams of tea leaves in boiling water. After a period of time, stir it with 30 grams of brown sugar, boil it and drink it while it is hot. Cover yourself with a quilt after taking it. If you have difficulty sweating, you can take it again after an hour. This will relieve the chills and body pain to a certain extent. For those with exterior cold and severe body pain, 6 grams of ephedra and 9 grams of cinnamon twig can be appropriately added to enhance the effect of warming and dispelling cold.

Second soup: "Double White Jade Porridge"

Add 50 grams of polished japonica rice to water and cook porridge. After boiling, add half a head of sliced ​​cabbage (mainly the heart and stalks), 20 grams of chopped green onion and 10 grams of ginger. Cook until the cabbage and green onion become soft and the porridge becomes thick. Remove from the heat and add a little salt before eating.

This porridge can promote sweating, dispel cold, and harmonize the stomach qi, allowing sweating without hurting the vital energy. It is especially suitable for the elderly.

Third soup: Tofu, ham and mustard greens soup

Cut 100 grams of tofu into cubes or thick slices, stir-fry with 50 grams of shredded ham in a small amount of peanut oil, add 1000 grams of broth and 10 grams of ginger and boil. Sprinkle 30 grams of mustard greens, pepper powder, and chopped coriander before removing from the pot. Season with salt and serve while hot.
