1. The amount of alcohol consumed by an adult male per day should not exceed 25g, namely: 750mL of beer; or 250mL of wine; or 75g of 38-degree liquor; or 50g of high-proof liquor.

2. The amount of alcohol that an adult woman drinks per day should not exceed 5g, that is: 450mL of beer; or 150ml of wine; or 50g of 38-degree liquor.
