What are the symptoms of early lymphoma? How to treat it?

Lymphoma, also known as lymphoma, is a malignant tumor that originates in lymph nodes or lymphatic tissue.

The early symptoms of lymph node cancer are swollen lymph nodes, including superficial lymph nodes and deep lymph nodes, which are characterized by progressive, painless, hard lymph node enlargement, most of which can promote lymph node cancer disease in the early stage, may fuse in the late stage, and anti-inflammatory and anti-tuberculosis treatment is ineffective. Lymph node cancer patients may have fever, irregular fever, 38-39C for many years. Some lymph node cancer patients may have a continuous high fever, or intermittent low fever, and a few patients may have periodic fever.

Some common treatments:

1. Biological immunotherapy Multicellular biological immunotherapy: Biological immunotherapy for lymphoma is widely used. Almost all tumor patients have obvious therapeutic effects on primary tumors and metastases. It can eliminate residual tumor cells after surgery and prevent tumor recurrence. The side effects are less than radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Only fever and cold-like side effects are found. It does not damage normal tissues, can enhance immunity and improve physical condition.

2. Surgical treatment: For patients with intranodal lymphoma, surgery is mainly used for pathological biopsy or staging abdominal exploration. For extranodal lymphomas such as brain, spinal cord, orbit, salivary gland, thyroid, lung, liver, spleen, etc., surgical resection is often performed first, followed by radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Lymphomas such as kidney, bladder, testicle, ovary, uterus, skin, breast, etc. should be surgically resected early, followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

3. Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy for lymphoma mainly adopts combination chemotherapy, which can be combined with targeted therapy drugs and biological agents. In recent years, chemotherapy regimens for lymphoma have been greatly improved, and the survival of many types of lymphoma has also been greatly improved.
