What are the symptoms of lymphoma

At present, lymphoma has brought inconvenience to many patients. During the treatment process, they should actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment. What are the symptoms of lymphoma?

Lymphoma is a malignant tumor that originates in lymph nodes or lymphatic tissues. It is mainly manifested by painless and progressive lymph node enlargement. The disease can occur at any age, but the peak age of onset is 31 to 40 years old. The peak of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has moved slightly forward. The male to female ratio is: 2 to 3:

Lymph node enlargement: Lymph node enlargement is the characteristic of this disease. Painless and progressive enlargement of superficial lymph nodes is often the first manifestation, especially the cervical lymph nodes, followed by axillary, groin or trochlear less frequently. Hodgkin's disease occurs in the cervical lymph nodes, accounting for about 60% and 70%. Supraclavicular lymph node enlargement indicates that the lesion has spread, the right side comes from the mediastinum or both lungs, and the left side often comes from the peritoneum.

Signs of extranodal disease:

Liver and spleen: Invasion of the liver parenchyma may cause enlargement. Biopsy shows liver involvement in about 25% of non-Hodgkin lymphomas, especially follicular or diffuse small cleaved cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Splenic infiltration is often caused by abdominal lymph node lesions spread through lymphatic vessels.

Chest: In non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, approximately 25% of chest effusions occur during the course of the disease, which may be caused by mediastinal involvement and lymphatic obstruction in addition to tumor infiltration.

Bones: Malignant lymphoma invading bones may cause local tenderness and pathological fractures.

Skin: Specific skin lesions are more common in specific skin lesions, T-cell adult leukemia, follicular tumor syndrome or mushroom-like granulomas, including lumps, subcutaneous nodules, infiltrative plaques, ulcers, papules, macules, etc., which are common in the head and neck. Herpes zoster also occurs in Hodgkin's disease, accounting for 5% and 16%.
