Splenic infiltration is often caused by abdominal lymph node lesions spread through lymphatic vessels.

Chest: In non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, approximately 25% of chest effusions occur during the course of the disease, which may be caused by mediastinal involvement and lymphatic obstruction in addition to tumor infiltration.

Bones: Malignant lymphoma invading bones may cause local tenderness and pathological fractures.

Skin: Specific skin lesions are more common in specific skin lesions, T-cell adult leukemia, follicular tumor syndrome or mushroom-like granulomas, including lumps, subcutaneous nodules, infiltrative plaques, ulcers, papules, macules, etc., which are common in the head and neck.
