3. Nasal congestion is also one of the early symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. In the early stage, it may be swelling, often found deep in the mastoid muscle of the neck, a unilateral, painless, gradually enlarging hard mass.

4. Tinnitus, stuffy ears and hearing loss are caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma neoplasms blocking the eustachian tube opening on the affected side. Hearing loss may also be caused by further deterioration of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and damage to the auditory nerve.

5. Tinnitus and hearing loss are often misdiagnosed as otitis media or other diseases, which delays treatment. Therefore, working long hours is not good for the condition.

6. For patients with early nasopharyngeal carcinoma, it mainly depends on whether appropriate treatment methods are taken in time. Generally speaking, early nasopharyngeal carcinoma has small swelling and no spread or metastasis. The most effective treatment is surgical resection. The 5-year survival rate after resection of early lung cancer can reach 60%-90%. After surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and other treatment methods can be used to prevent recurrence.

7. It is also related to the patient's physical function to a certain extent. Only with good physical function and strong immunity can one resist the development of cancer and tolerate various drug treatments. Improving immune function and resistance to tumors is very important for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, especially those in the middle and late stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
