What's wrong with the soles of my feet being hot

Some people feel hot palms and soles after being tired. This situation is generally related to our hands and feet. Some people are prone to spleen deficiency and blood deficiency. When our body is weak in qi and blood, we will have no energy to do anything. When doing some physical work, we will feel particularly tired. So what is the reason for the hot soles of the feet?

Most cases of palm and sole fever are accompanied by other symptoms that are not noticed or considered normal. Traditional Chinese medicine divides palm and sole fever into two types: malnutrition, spleen deficiency, and blood deficiency and yin deficiency.

1. Malnutrition and spleen deficiency, fever in the palms and soles

The first reason is improper diet, that is, some people eat without restraint, eat at irregular times, and often eat snacks. This can damage the spleen and stomach functions in the long run, causing abnormal transportation and transformation, resulting in stagnation. Over time, the essence of water and grain cannot be absorbed, resulting in malnutrition and fever.

Second, after suffering from other diseases, such as vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, parasitic diseases, etc., improper treatment, prolonged, damage to qi and blood, leading to malnutrition and the formation of malnutrition fever. This part is often accompanied by hot palms and soles, pale face and thin muscles, dry hair, swollen abdomen, poor appetite, frequent eating of foreign objects, restless sleep at night, loose stools, undigested food, and yellow urine like rice water.

This type of palm and sole fever is mostly seen in infants and young children under 3 years old.

2. Blood deficiency and Yin deficiency, fever in hands and feet

The reasons are usually due to physical weakness, or after a serious illness or fever, the body is not properly regulated, the yin blood is damaged, and the vital energy has not yet recovered. This part is often manifested as hot palms and soles, weight loss, mental depression, cough with little sputum, dizziness, tinnitus, dry mouth, hot flashes in the afternoon, red cheeks, night sweats, frequent urination, and constipation.

This type of palm and sole fever is more common in middle-aged and elderly people. If accompanied by symptoms of kidney deficiency such as soreness of waist and knees, tinnitus, etc., you can take Liuwei Dihuang Pills. If dry mouth, hot flashes, night sweats and other symptoms of deficiency heat are obvious, you can take Zhibai Dihuang Pills.

While taking medication, you should also take a certain amount of nutritious food, get more sun, and breathe fresh air to promote physical recovery.
