Some patients can undergo surgical treatment due to failure of local radiotherapy or local recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma, including endoscopic nasopharyngeal carcinoma resection, traditional surgery, etc., but it is usually not a cure, the tumor cannot be completely removed, and the chance of postoperative recurrence is high.
