Ingredients: 1 crystal pear, 2 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa, 2 grams of tangerine peel, 10 grams of rock sugar, and 15 grams of glutinous rice.

Production:

1. Cut off 1/3 of the pear from the bottom of the stem, cover it and dig out the pear core, grind the Fritillaria cirrhosa into fine powder, cut the tangerine peel into shreds, steam the glutinous rice, and beat the rock sugar into crumbs;

2. Put glutinous rice, rock sugar, Sichuan Fritillary powder and tangerine peel into the crystal pear, add water into the steaming cup (about 150 ml of water);

3. Place the steaming cup containing the pears on high heat and steam for 45 minutes.

Tip: Eating steamed pears is more effective when you have upper respiratory tract infection, cough accompanied by bacterial infection, fever, and sputum. It can moisten the lungs and resolve phlegm, and its effectiveness is doubled when combined with Fritillaria cirrhosa and tangerine peel.
