Cervical cancer occurs all over the world and is one of the most common cancers in the human body. It is not only the most common cancer among cancers of the female reproductive organs, but also the most common cancer among various malignant tumors in women, but there are obvious regional differences in its incidence. The occurrence and geographical distribution of cervical cancer in my country are characterized by the fact that high-incidence areas are often connected into fragments. Compared with high-incidence areas, cervical cancer in various provinces is also often connected to each other. The overall trend is that rural areas are higher than cities, and mountainous areas are higher than plains. According to the review and investigation of 29 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, the mortality rate of cervical cancer in my country ranks fourth among the total cancer mortality rates and second among female cancers. The average age of onset of cervical cancer patients is also different. The age of onset in China is at most 40~50 years old, 60~70 years old, and rare before the age of 20. Early cervical cancer is easily missed. How to detect signs as early as possible? The clinical manifestations of cervical cancer in the early stage are not obvious, or there are only symptoms similar to cervicitis, which can easily lead to misdiagnosis; once symptoms appear, most of them have developed to the late stage. But if we usually pay more attention to observation, we can find the early symptoms of cervical cancer. There are three common early signs: 1. Contact bleeding. This is the most prominent symptom of cervical cancer. About 70% to 80% of cervical cancer patients have vaginal bleeding. It is mainly manifested as vaginal discharge mixed with blood after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination, or during defecation. If elderly women experience bleeding after sexual intercourse, do not always think that it is caused by improper force during sexual intercourse and ignore the possibility of cervical cancer. If bleeding occurs every time after sexual intercourse, more attention should be paid and medical attention should be sought in time. 2. Irregular vaginal bleeding. Elderly women have been bleeding for many years and suddenly have their period for no apparent reason. The amount of bleeding is often not much, and it is not accompanied by abdominal pain, back pain and other symptoms, so it is easy to be ignored. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often an early sign of cervical cancer. Many elderly patients come to see a doctor and get early diagnosis and timely treatment. Therefore, the elderly should be highly vigilant. 3. Increased vaginal discharge Clinically, about 75% to 85% of cervical cancer patients have varying degrees of increased vaginal discharge. Most of them show increased vaginal discharge, which is later accompanied by changes in odor and color. Increased vaginal discharge is caused by cancer stimulation. In the late stage of cervical cancer, due to the increase of tumors, various compression symptoms may occur. Pain is one of the common compression symptoms, with an incidence rate of 41. And it is more common in 1% of patients in stages III and IV. In addition, there are a series of secondary symptoms depending on the organs invaded by the lesions. If the lesions invade the pelvic connective tissue, pelvic wall, compress the ureter, rectum, sciatic nerve, the common compression symptoms are lower abdominal pain, back pain, frequent urination, urgency, anal swelling, heaviness, lower limb swelling, sciatica, etc.; cancer compresses or invades the ureter, which can seriously lead to ureteral obstruction, hydronephrosis, renal damage, etc., and eventually lead to death from uremia. These problems will not occur in the early symptoms of cervical cancer. The cause of cervical cancer is still inconclusive. It is generally believed to be related to early marriage, multiple births, sexual dysfunction, cervical lacerations, smegma and infection. At present, human papillomavirus (HpV) is considered to be the main risk factor for cervical cancer, among which HpV-16 is closely related to the incidence of cervical cancer. Other risk factors include: early sexual life, early sexual life age ≤ 16 years old; patients and their sexual partners have multiple sexual partners; patients or sexual partners with a history of sexually transmitted diseases; premature birth, frequent birth, multiple births, and sexual partners with a history of penile cancer, prostate cancer, etc. In addition, smoking, oral contraceptives and herpes simplex virus type II are also related to the occurrence of cervical cancer. Prevention and treatment of cervical cancer: 1. If you don't want to get cervical cancer, protect your lower body. Remember not to let bacteria and viruses enter your body through the vagina. In this way, the best way is to check your lower body regularly in the hospital. 2. After cervical cancer, the doctor will perform laser treatment to irradiate cancer cells and interfere with and kill cancer cells. Of course, you can also use surgery for treatment. 3. Take Chinese herbal medicines such as astragalus, angelica, codonopsis, atractylodes, ginseng, atractylodes, asparagus, yam, white spoon, chuanxiong, licorice, etc., then fry them together and drink the soup together, which is effective for people with cervical cancer and insufficient qi. |
