The total effective rate of gamma knife in treating primary liver cancer is 81%, and it can be used for "local treatment and systemic treatment" for metastatic lesions, thus becoming a trend in liver cancer treatment. However, not all liver cancer patients can benefit from radiotherapy.

Which liver cancer patients are not suitable for radiotherapy?

1. Severe liver decompensation, manifested by jaundice, ascites, hypoproteinemia, and liver function grading of Child-Pugh C;

2. Liver cancer is diffuse or has multiple nodules;

3. Patients with systemic failure, cachexia, and inability to tolerate radiotherapy;

4. Severe bone marrow suppression, manifested as anemia, leukopenia or thrombocytopenia; active gastrointestinal bleeding.
