In modern society, the number of patients suffering from fibroids is increasing. Do you know about fibroids? What kind of disease is fibroids? I believe many friends want to know the answer. Let us take a closer look at what kind of disease fibroids are. Fibroids generally grow slowly. Fibromas that occur under the skin of the face are painless masses with hard texture, varying sizes, smooth surfaces, clear edges, no adhesions to surrounding tissues, and generally good sphincter mobility. Fibromas that occur in the oral cavity are smaller, spherical or nodular, and may or may not have a pedicle. The tumor has clear boundaries, and the surface is covered with normal mucosa. The cut surface is white. Oral fibromas often occur in the alveolar process, cheek, palate and other parts. Fibromas that occur in the alveolar process may cause teeth to loosen and shift. If the surface ulcerates and secondary infection occurs, it will cause pain or functional impairment. If it occurs in the lower rectum, there is often a feeling of falling and tenesmus. The surface of the tumor is normal mucosa and the surface is smooth. Digital examination and endoscopy can palpate hard and elastic tumors. Tumors with smooth surfaces and clear edges can be seen around the anus. Those that occur in the vulva are mostly located in the labia majora. They are hard subcutaneous nodules at first, and then they can increase to form hard, solid masses with pedicles. The size varies, and the surface may have ulcers and necrosis. Fibroma is located in deep tissue, with no obvious subjective symptoms or slight discomfort, slow growth, irregular or oval shape, and its long diameter is consistent with the direction of the affected muscle fibers. The size of the tumor is related to the duration of the disease, with a diameter ranging from several centimeters to more than ten centimeters. The tumor has unclear boundaries, a smooth surface, no tenderness, and is tough like rubber. It is relatively fixed longitudinally to the invaded muscle, but can move slightly laterally and has no adhesion to the skin. Huge tumors can affect activities and compress nerves. Common symptoms of fibroids are generally manifested as normal surface skin, smooth and movable tumors that can be touched under the skin, and no tenderness. Fibroids are small flesh-colored to dark brown needle-sized and larger sessile and pedunculated papilloma, which often occur in the neck and are often associated with small seborrheic keratosis. They are also common in the armpits and eyelids, followed by the trunk and groin. Some pedunculated soft fibroids are teardrop-shaped and feel like small sacs. Occasionally, they may become inflamed, tender, or even necrotic due to the distortion of the small pedicle. The number of fibroids often increases when the patient gains weight or during pregnancy. The incidence of this disease seems to be higher in patients with colon polyps. In the past, it was often reported as a disease of perianal soft warts or skin folds. The above are some common symptoms of fibroids. Friends, do you understand them? |
