What kind of strenuous exercise should not be done by teratoma patients

In life, many female friends suffer from teratoma. Experts remind that if a doctor diagnoses a teratoma, early surgical removal is necessary to prevent the disease from worsening and developing into a malignant tumor. So, what kind of strenuous exercise should teratoma patients not do?

What kind of strenuous exercise should patients with teratoma not do? According to experts, regular exercise can enhance one's physical fitness. For women with teratoma, doing some moderate exercise every day can help relieve pain. It is possible to enhance physical fitness through moderate exercise. However, strenuous exercise is not recommended to avoid aggravating the condition. Exercises such as swimming and skipping rope should be avoided.

Teratoma is a germ cell tumor with multidirectional differentiation potential, which often contains various tissue components of the three germ layers with disordered arrangement structure. Teratoma is a common type of ovarian germ cell tumor. It is not evolved after a woman becomes pregnant with a freak, but is derived from the abnormal proliferation of germ cells. It is a tumor that grows in ovarian tissue and is formed by the abnormal proliferation and aggregation of germ cells. Because germ cells contain three tissue components of the human body: ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm, the tumor will contain ectoderm tissues such as hair, oil, skin, teeth, and bone pieces, and may also contain mesoderm or endoderm tissues such as muscle, gastrointestinal, and thyroid tissues.

Once a teratoma is diagnosed, early surgical resection is necessary to prevent benign teratoma from becoming malignant due to delayed surgery, and to prevent infection, rupture, bleeding and complications. The key point of teratoma surgery is to completely remove the tumor. For ovarian and testicular tumors, one ovary or testicle should be removed. For sacrococcygeal teratoma, the coccyx must be removed at the same time to avoid residual pluripotent cells that may cause tumor recurrence.
