Types of endometrial cancer that are prone to recurrence

Symptoms of recurrence of endometrial cancer include: Vaginal bleeding: irregular vaginal bleeding, usually not much, but may also be increased menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation, or intermenstrual bleeding. In postmenopausal patients, bleeding may be continuous or intermittent.

A small number of patients with vaginal discharge show increased leucorrhea, which is serous or serous-bloody in the early stage, and purulent or purulent-bloody discharge with a foul odor in the late stage when combined with infection.

In the late stage of pain, when the tumor invades surrounding tissues or compresses nerves, pain in the lower limbs and lumbosacral region may occur, and radiate to the lower limbs. When the tumor invades the neck and blocks the cervical canal, causing uterine cavity pyometra, it manifests as lower abdominal distension and spasm-like pain.

Polycystic ovaries, feminizing ovarian tumors.

Repeated anovulatory endometrial hyperplasia and long-term use of estrogen after menopause can all lead to the development of cancer due to the stimulation of estrogen alone. Unmarried women or married women who have never given birth, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, abnormal glucose tolerance test, arteriosclerotic heart disease, etc. are all prone to endometrial cancer. In addition, endometrial cancer is related to heredity.

Patients should always maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and must not give up on themselves or lose confidence in the next treatment and future life. This is the most dangerous measure in the treatment of ovarian tumor recurrence. In order to prevent the recurrence of endometrial cancer after surgery, biological immunotherapy can be combined after surgery. Biological immunotherapy can kill residual cancer cells after surgery, improve the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, improve the patient's immune ability, better prevent metastasis and recurrence, and maximize survival.
