Regular running reduces the risk of colorectal cancer

In China, the incidence of colorectal cancer ranks fifth among all malignant tumors. In recent years, the incidence of colorectal cancer has continued to increase, seriously threatening people's health. According to a study, people who often sit in the office are twice as likely to develop colorectal cancer as ordinary people. Regular running can mobilize muscles throughout the body and reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.

Sitting for a long time can cause serious harm to the human body. Running can help people reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. The study involved 918 colorectal cancer patients and 1021 cancer volunteers. The study found that white-collar workers who sit for a long time have a 44% and 94% increased risk of developing colorectal cancer and rectal cancer. Most importantly, the researchers found that too little leisure time is the cause of all this. This means that in order to make the body healthier, the time for exercise should be increased.
This study shows that participating in more exercise can effectively reduce the risk of colon cancer. Earlier studies have shown that sitting for a long time can lead to a 30% higher risk of prostate cancer in men. Using a treadmill can mobilize muscles throughout the body and effectively reduce the risk of various diseases such as colon cancer.
In addition, the causes of colorectal cancer are very complex. Although there is a certain genetic tendency, most of them are closely related to environmental factors, especially dietary factors. With the increasing intake of refined foods, animal fats and proteins, the intake of vegetable, fruit and other plant foods has decreased; coupled with irregular diet, reduced exercise, smoking, drinking and other bad living habits, the body cannot absorb enough dietary fiber, and toxic substances accumulate in the large intestine for a long time, thus leading to the occurrence of cancer.
