Due to obstructed blood flow, the tumor may necrotize and be prone to secondary infection or rupture. The typical symptom of acute torsion is sudden unilateral lower abdominal pain, which will be relieved or aggravated with changes in body position. It may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting and even shock. Gynecological examination can touch a mass with obvious tenderness and high tension, and there is muscle tension. 2. The incidence of rupture is about 3%. It can rupture spontaneously or under external pressure. It is less common, mostly secondary to twisting or rupture of the tumor pedicle. The main symptoms are fever, abdominal pain, elevated white blood cells and varying degrees of peritonitis.
