a. The typical manifestation of renal cancer on CT is multivascular lesions, and the lesions are more enhanced than renal pelvic cancer during enhancement;
b. Renal pelvic cancer is usually located in the middle of the kidney and can invade into the renal cortex, while renal cancer is often located in the periphery of the kidney and invades into the renal sinus;
c. The clinical diagnosis of renal pelvic cancer may be positive in tumor cytology, and there may be ureteral and bladder lesions, while renal cancer usually has negative clinical diagnosis of tumor cytology, and pathological changes are limited to the kidney;
d. Renal pelvic cancer can cause visible hematuria in the early stage, while renal cancer can only cause hematuria after the tumor invades the renal pelvis and calyx;
e. The clinical diagnosis of renal cancer mainly relies on CT, while the clinical diagnosis of renal pelvic cancer mainly relies on excretory or retrograde urography, and CTU (CT urinary tract reconstruction) examination can also be performed.
