People often experience unexpected symptoms of illness, especially women. Because women's bodies are often prone to gynecological diseases, of course men may also suffer from some diseases. They are all unexpected and closely related to sex life. The urethra is an important part of the human body, but it is also prone to various diseases. So what are the symptoms of urethral adhesion? Differential diagnosis of urethral adhesions: 1. Erythema and edema at the urethral opening: Recurrent candidal balanitis manifests as erythema on the glans penis, with small pustules or papules on the surface. It may also manifest as local edema of the glans mucosa, mild desquamation of the edges, and papules and small pustules may expand to the surrounding area to form glans erosion. 2. White film formation at the urethral opening: The clinical manifestations of mycoplasma-induced urinary incontinence are similar to those of general bacterial urinary incontinence. A white film is found at the urethral opening in the morning. 3. Nodular or red hemorrhagic tumors appear at the urethral opening: The early symptoms of paraurethral adenocarcinoma are difficulty urinating, urethral bleeding, frequent urination, and painful urination. Nodular or red hemorrhagic masses appear in the distal urethra or urethral orifice, and local swelling of the urethra can be felt. When the tumor grows larger, it may block the urethra or expand to the vulvar vestibule or vaginal opening, causing obvious ulcers and hemorrhagic masses, accompanied by pain and possible metastasis to the inguinal and pelvic lymph nodes. 1. People with prostatitis have low urine excretion capacity and cannot fully expand the urethral opening, so urethral adhesion occurs. 2. Prostatitis has no symptoms in the early stages of the disease, and many patients may not even notice it. Common symptoms for symptomatic patients include: difficulty urinating, prolonged inability to urinate, slow or unsmooth urination, pain when urinating, blood in the urine, swollen lymph nodes in the groin, pain in the lower back, pelvis and thighs; 3. Acute bulbourethritis: The pathogens of urethral suppurative infection can directly spread to the bulbourethral glands in the urethra, causing acute bulbourethritis. The disease is most likely to induce acute bulbourethritis during urethral irrigation treatment, and it is also likely to occur in patients with urethral strictures; 4. Chronic urethral glanditis: It is mostly caused by the protracted acute urethral glanditis. There are often no obvious clinical symptoms, but obvious clinical symptoms may appear when acute inflammation occurs. Rectal examination can feel a hard lump on both sides of the midline of the perineum, which is tender to a certain extent. |
