Typical symptoms of endometrial cancer

Patients with very early stage endometrial cancer may not feel anything abnormal. As the disease progresses, the following common abnormal clinical symptoms will appear. Once discovered, you should seek medical attention in time to rule out the possibility of uterine cancer so as to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.

Symptom 1: Pain

Generally, endometrial cancer does not cause pain, but in the late stage, it invades nearby organs and nerves, or due to the large tumor, it produces compression symptoms, which may cause pain in the lower abdomen, waist, legs, feet and other parts of the body.

Symptom 2: Abnormal leucorrhea

A small number of people will experience increased vaginal discharge, which may be like light blood in the early stages; in the late stages, combined with infection, there may be pus-like and bloody discharge with a foul odor.

Symptom 3: Irregular menstruation

The most common is irregular vaginal bleeding, which is sometimes heavy and sometimes light. The amount of bleeding is not much at the beginning, but it will increase as the disease progresses, but heavy bleeding is rare. Patients who have not yet reached menopause may experience increased menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period, and intermittent bleeding. For those who have reached menopause, vaginal bleeding is medically called postmenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding, and they should first be alert to the possibility of endometrial cancer.

Symptom 4: Cachexia

In the late stage, the patient may experience weight loss, fever, general weakness, pale complexion, anemia, etc. We call this cachexia.
