How to remove urinary alkali from toilet

How to remove urinary alkali from toilet

Perhaps everyone has discovered that there are yellow urine stains in the toilet. This is a phenomenon formed by the accumulation of alkaline substances in the urine. People are disgusted by urine alkalinity. Not only does it look unsightly, it also has a strong odor. Therefore, people want to remove the urine alkalinity in the toilet. However, the urea in the toilet is very stubborn and requires some tricks to remove it. Here we will introduce how to remove the urea in the toilet.

There are two common approaches currently

One is to remove it by friction, using a metal brush, scouring powder, which is very laborious.

One is chemical removal, using an acid solution (such as hydrochloric acid, but it tastes bad). There are many brands of toilet cleaners on the market, usually they are blue liquids. You pour them on, and after a while, they will fall off when you brush them. This is very convenient and effortless (but the smell is not very good). They are sold in supermarkets.

1. Rinse the area where the urine stain appeared. It is best to wait for a while to allow the air to dry.

2. Pour the leftover cola into it and soak it overnight.

3. Take a shower in the morning and you will find it is as clean as new.

Urine stain removal - Making water-based and dry stain removers

Dry stain remover:

To prepare a dry stain remover, mix 1 part coconut oil (available at pharmacies and health food stores) with 80% liquid dry cleaning agent. You can store the stain remover for later use if the container is tightly closed to prevent the solvent from evaporating. Coconut oil can also be replaced with mineral oil, but the former is more effective.

WARNING: Dry cleaning chemicals are toxic and some are flammable.

Water-based detergent:

To prepare a water-based detergent, mix glycerin, white dishwashing detergent, and water in a ratio of 1:1:8. Shake well before each use. Water-based stain removers should be stored in plastic squeeze bottles.
