2. Infertility is caused by appendix suppuration and perforation, which leads to adhesion of bilateral fallopian tubes and inflammation stimulation leading to obstruction of the fallopian tube lumen. This situation is rare after all, because on the one hand, the appendix must be suppurated and perforated, causing adhesion of bilateral fallopian tubes. What's the situation? One side of the fallopian tube is not very smooth, and the lumen of the fallopian tube is blocked due to stimulation after the appendix suppuration and perforation. This situation will cause infertility. 3. Appendicitis generally does not cause infertility, but sometimes if it is severe it can cause pelvic infection, and sometimes pregnancy can cause recurrence of appendicitis.
