Sudden thigh pain and unable to walk?

If you suddenly experience leg pain and are unable to walk, this may be a stroke caused by cerebrovascular disease, or it may be a symptom caused by lumbar disease. In fact, no matter what the cause is, it is best to go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the cause and then treat the symptoms. You can participate in more outdoor sports and relieve this phenomenon through Chinese medicine massage or acupuncture.

Regarding cerebral stroke, there is a saying that if one person suffers a stroke, the whole family will be affected. This is enough to illustrate the huge impact that a stroke has on a family. Its suddenness and severity are beyond imagination. Whether it is a hemorrhagic stroke or an ischemic stroke, the damage to the central nervous system is catastrophic, leading to loss of consciousness, coma, inability to speak, slurred speech, limb paralysis, decreased intelligence, memory loss, and concurrent lung infection and other serious symptoms. It is recommended that middle-aged and elderly people should not ignore the following five signs of stroke in their daily lives:

1. Drooling or slurred speech. Middle-aged and elderly people who usually speak normally may suddenly start drooling and speak incoherently, which is a very typical sign of a stroke.

2. Sudden blacking out or blurred vision. Some elderly people may experience blacking out of their eyes and suddenly lose sight for a few seconds, but may recover after a few minutes. This transient visual impairment is mainly caused by sudden cerebral ischemia. Severe cases may also be accompanied by dizziness, vomiting and other reactions, and is one of the precursors of cerebral stroke.

3. Repeated yawning, fatigue and listlessness. The stenosis of the cerebral arteries gradually worsens, leading to insufficient blood supply to the brain and subsequent hypoxia of the central nervous system. You will feel unconsciously weak and yawn continuously. This is a blockage of cerebral blood vessels, a precursor to cerebral stroke.

4. Unsteady grip on things or hand shaking due to paralysis. The simplest example is not being able to use chopsticks to pick up things. In addition, if one side of the hands or feet feels stiff and has reduced strength, it may be a precursor to a stroke for middle-aged and elderly people.

5. For middle-aged and elderly people, persistent headaches may occur before a stroke, accompanied by reactions such as increased blood pressure. For middle-aged and elderly people, the above symptoms may disappear in a short period of time and will not cause any sequelae, but in fact, they already indicate insufficient blood supply to the brain and blockage of blood vessels, which are mild symptoms of cerebral stroke.

Middle-aged and elderly people need to take preventive measures in a timely manner and treat the disease accordingly. The older people get, the narrower their blood vessels become, and the more hardened plaques form on the blood vessel walls. Once a blood clot forms, it leads to the formation of cerebral thrombosis, and the resulting reaction is cerebral stroke. Therefore, if you want to prevent cerebral stroke, relieving blood vessel blockage is a must, and eating two things can solve this problem: Agaricus blazei and asparagus.

Agaricus blazei contains nucleic acid, which can inhibit the formation of lipid peroxides and cholesterol, dilate blood vessels, improve blood flow, correct myocardial maladjustment, promote blood vessel wall regeneration, and inhibit platelet aggregation. Asparagus contains rutin and asparagine, which can soften blood vessels, enhance blood vessel toughness, and lower blood pressure.
