2. Go to bed at the designated rest time, such as nine o'clock. Even if you can't sleep, lie down and turn off the lights. Don't read or watch TV in bed. Don't use your brain at night, just lie down and sleep for three months, and you will gradually adjust. Don't think about surfing the Internet all the time, just go online during the day. It is recommended that you don't play online games at night to affect your sleep, and don't listen to music.
