Tips for trouble fitting earrings

If you can't wear the earrings, you can do local anti-inflammatory treatment. If the ear hole is growing, you will need to pierce the ear again.

1. Anti-inflammatory treatment: If the earrings cannot be worn, it may be due to inflammation around the ears, which causes edema of the mucosal tissue, thus affecting the penetration of the earrings. Generally, local anti-inflammatory treatment is required. You can use normal saline to clean the surrounding area, or apply some anti-inflammatory ointments, such as penicillin ointment or erythromycin ointment around the ears. You need to cooperate with a professional physician to use anti-inflammatory drugs, which can promote local metabolism and speed up the absorption of inflammation, thereby helping the local area to return to normal. There will be less obstruction during wearing earrings.

2. Pierce your ears again: If you can’t wear earrings, it may be because you haven’t worn earrings for a long time, causing secondary growth of the ear holes. If the growth is severe, you need to pierce your ears again. Wearing earrings can reduce the impact.

There are some things to note when you have trouble getting your earrings in. Generally, you should not try to put them in with force. If you wear earrings improperly, it may cause damage to the mucous membrane tissue in the ear canal, resulting in severe swelling and pain, and there is also the possibility of bleeding. Strict anti-inflammatory treatment is also required during the use of ear studs. Alcohol can be used to wipe the area around the ear studs to reduce the infection and growth of pathogenic microorganisms.
