What to do if eyes often bleed

With the continuous improvement of science and technology, people can complete many tasks on computers, choose their favorite food through mobile phones, and know the latest things by watching TV, without having to complete them through writing or newspapers as before. Although this change has brought convenience to people's lives, it has also brought many problems. Nowadays, more and more people often suffer from bloodshot eyes. What should we do if our eyes are often bloodshot?

1. Eye congestion is a common symptom shared by many eye diseases

1. Acute conjunctivitis - This is a common epidemic eye disease caused by bacterial and viral infections and is highly contagious.

Symptoms: Acute onset, both eyes affected simultaneously or successively, the affected eye has stinging, itching, foreign body sensation, severe cases have photophobia and burning sensation, vision is generally not affected. The eyelids are red and swollen, the conjunctiva is congested, and the secretions are mostly bacterial, mucous or purulent. When I woke up in the morning, my eyes were closed with secretions. The secretions of viral infections are mostly watery and may be accompanied by corneal lesions, enlargement and tenderness of the preauricular and submandibular lymph nodes.

Treatment and precautions: This disease is highly contagious and should be prevented and isolated. Towels and handkerchiefs should not be used by each other, and washbasins should be rinsed and disinfected after use. Keep the eyes clean. If there is a lot of secretion, rinse with clean water and apply antibiotics or antiviral drugs topically. If there are systemic symptoms such as fever and headache, internal medicine treatment should be combined.

2. Acute iridocyclitis - The causes of iridocyclitis are very complex and most of them are unknown. They may be related to autoimmune diseases such as rheumatism, tuberculosis, syphilis, viral infections, etc.

Symptoms: ciliary congestion or mixed congestion, precipitates behind the cornea (abbreviated as KP), turbid aqueous humor, swollen iris, constricted or irregular pupil, slow light reflex, and posterior adhesion of part of the iris and lens; intraocular pressure is generally normal, but sometimes it may increase or decrease; decreased vision is accompanied by obvious photophobia, tearing, and pain, and the pain may radiate to the eyebrow arch, temporal region, and forehead.

2. What to do if your eyes are congested

The doctor told Mile that her keratitis was not serious and that generally speaking, there were several basic treatment measures for the eye congestion caused by this inflammation.

1. For those with bacterial infection factors, antibiotic eye drops can be used 3 to 4 times a day. For non-infectious factors, it should not be abused, let alone routinely used as a placebo.

2. You can try corticosteroid eye drops, but not for a long time, and you should monitor the intraocular pressure.

3. Pearl eye-clearing liquid, 3 to 4 times a day.

4. If it is difficult to adhere to oral decoctions, you can choose to take Ziyinjianghuo Pills, Zhibaidihuang Pills, Yinqiaojiedu Pills, etc.

Of course, the most important thing is to carry out targeted treatment according to the specific cause of the disease, so that it can be effectively controlled and cured.
