How to relieve eye fatigue and improve vision

As human beings make progress, the industry is growing day by day. Long-term use of computers or electronic products will make the eyes feel very tired, and in severe cases it will also cause myopia, astigmatism and other conditions. Nowadays, people are under a lot of pressure and use their eyes for a long time, which can also cause eye fatigue. When your eyes are tired, you can do eye exercises or often look at the green plants in the distance to effectively relieve the symptoms of eye fatigue.

The eyes are the organ in the human body that is most susceptible to external stimuli. Except when you close your eyes to rest, your eye muscles are always in a tense state. Some people's eyes begin to age after the age of 3, and many children in kindergartens wear glasses. This is mostly related to genetics.

When you feel eye fatigue, your eye muscles are actually severely overworked. Not only will you feel pain, but your vision will also become blurry. It can also cause symptoms such as headaches, heaviness in the head, and stiff shoulders. Eye fatigue can be divided into accommodative eye fatigue, muscular eye fatigue and neural eye fatigue. In addition to neurological eye fatigue, the first two conditions may cause myopia, astigmatism, or presbyopia with different degrees of difference in the left and right eyes. Staying up late or drinking too much can cause bloodshot eyes; overeating can sometimes also cause bloodshot eyes. At this time, there is a warm feeling in Hegu and Fenglongzhong points. Pressing the acupoints hard and twisting and twisting the blood vessels around the acupoints to cause them to contract can treat eye congestion.

A few tips to avoid eye fatigue

For neurological eyestrain and eye congestion, you should rest immediately and then do the following exercises to eliminate eye fatigue.

1. Eyeball pressing method

Close your eyes and gently press your eyeballs with the tips of your index, middle, and ring fingers, or you can rotate and rub them gently. Do not continue for too long or press too hard, stop after about 20 seconds.

2. Forehead pressing method

Use three fingers on each hand to rub from the center of the forehead toward the left and right temples, then press hard on the temples, using your fingertips to apply force. This will give you a comfortable feeling under your eyes. Repeat 3 to 5 times.

3. Press between eyebrows

Place the tip of your thumb on the depression below the base of your eyebrows and press or rotate gently. Repeat 3 times. Look into the distance, move your eyeballs to the right - up - left - down, and do not shake your head. In addition, blinking hard and closing your eyes can also eliminate eye fatigue.
