How to control indoor humidity

In life, everyone wants to live in a relatively warm environment and does not like to live in a dry environment, because a dry environment will make people's skin dry, often get angry, and lack water in the body. Therefore, the humidity in the air is very important to the human body. In order to live comfortably, many people will buy humidifiers to humidify the indoor humidity. So, how to control the indoor humidity?

1. Increase humidity. You can turn on a humidifier, sprinkle water on the ground, etc.

2. Reduce humidity. Turning on the air conditioner has a certain dehumidification effect, and the second is to increase the temperature. For example, putting a brazier or stove in the room. The high temperature will speed up the evaporation of indoor moisture. You can also open the doors and windows to allow air convection to take away the indoor moisture.

When the indoor load of a building is part of the design load, the indoor temperature can be kept constant by reducing the chilled water flow and lowering the cooling capacity of the refrigeration unit. However, this will reduce the dehumidification capacity of the air-conditioning unit, resulting in an increase in the indoor relative humidity. If the relative humidity exceeds the allowable range, it must be controlled.

Indirect control method: When the indoor humidity output is constant or the humidity output fluctuates slightly, the indoor relative humidity can be controlled by controlling the machine dew point temperature L. This method of controlling indoor relative humidity by controlling the dew point temperature of the machine is called indirect control method. For example:

(1) The fresh air and return air mixing valves are controlled by the machine dew point temperature. This method is used in winter and transition seasons. If the spray room is sprayed with circulating water, the dew point temperature of the machine needs to be kept constant as the outdoor air parameters change. In this case, a dry-bulb temperature sensor TL can be installed behind the water baffle of the spray room. According to the required dew point temperature given value, the fresh air, return air and exhaust air linkage valves are proportionally controlled by the actuator M.

(2) The water spraying temperature in the spraying chamber is controlled by the dew point temperature of the machine. This method is used in summer and transition seasons when chilled water is used. A dry-bulb temperature sensor TL is arranged behind the water baffle of the spray chamber. According to the required dew point temperature given value, the three-way mixing valve in the cold water pipeline is proportionally controlled to adjust the spray water temperature to keep the dew point temperature of the machine constant.

Sometimes, in order to improve the quality of regulation, the given value of the machine's dew point temperature should be corrected in time according to the changes in indoor humidity production, and a humidity sensor can be added indoors. When the indoor relative humidity increases, the humidity sensor lowers the setpoint value of TL. On the contrary, the given value of TL is increased.
