What to do if blisters appear after being bitten by fleas

Nowadays, with the improvement of people's living standards, fleas are rarely seen in daily life. But people who like to keep pets at home should pay more attention and do a good job of flea prevention and control. Fleas are more common on dogs and cats, especially in the summer, so be sure to bathe your pets regularly. If you are accidentally bitten by a flea and get blisters, you can apply some anti-itching medicine such as wind oil or floral water, and wash and disinfect your clothes in time.

What to do if you are bitten by a flea:

1. Apply hormone drugs on the bitten area to prevent scratching the skin after falling asleep and continuing to infect the skin around the wound. After a few days, the redness and swelling were significantly improved.

2. You can apply maple oil essence or cooling oil to the bitten area to relieve itching. Rinse the itchy skin with clean water before each application. Apply 3-4 times and the itching will stop after a few days.

3. After being bitten, in addition to cleaning the wound in time, if the patient feels dizzy and weak, he should go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

4. If the bite is serious, you can take anti-allergic drugs and apply floral water, wind oil, calamine lotion or green ointment on the wound.

How to eliminate fleas:

Fleas generally live on animals, but also on inanimate objects such as towels, carpets, clothes, etc. If fleas are found, measures should be taken immediately to eliminate them.

1. Disinfect clothes. Wash all the clothes or soak them in detergent water for more than half an hour. Fleas are afraid of water, so this can kill the fleas on the clothes. The mat can also be boiled in water.

2. Spray bed boards, floors, and corners of the house with insecticide. Pesticides should be less harmful, such as Eagle Man Pesticide. When spraying pesticides, be careful not to spray them on water tanks, fish tanks and other foods. The focus should be on the gaps between the bed boards. Spray evenly and spray all the way in place. After spraying, close the doors and windows for 5 hours, then open them for ventilation before entering the room.

3. Go to the drugstore and buy ointment that can relieve itching. Apply it on the skin for a few days to relieve the itching caused by fleas crawling.

If you find fleas, you should kill them in time. To prevent the breeding of fleas, the most important thing is to keep the room ventilated and keep a dry environment. Don't worry too much if you are bitten. Generally, pharmacies have special ointments. Kill the fleas at home and then treat yourself. What are you still hesitating about? Take action quickly. Killing fleas is urgent!
