As enzymes degrade phytic acid, more minerals such as phosphorus and zinc are released and used by the human body. In particular, it has a very high content of vitamin C and is a low-calorie, low-fat food that is inexpensive and good value. Nourish yin and promote bowel movement and urination. The fat and carbohydrates it contains are trace elements necessary for the human body. Eating bean sprouts regularly can prevent and treat colon cancer, stomatitis, and improve brain function. When making soup with bean sprouts, do not cook them too soft, just cook until they are cooked.
