2. Physical therapy: Based on traction and drug therapy, physical factor therapy is a more important treatment method. Treatments such as infrared, direct current ion introduction, low-frequency pulse magnetic field, medium frequency, ultrashort wave, microwave, and interfering electricity all have very good effects. Simple cervical traction is not effective in treating pain caused by aseptic inflammation of soft tissues due to various reasons, myofibrosis, ligament degeneration, periosteal pain or bone spurs caused by severe muscle pulling, and pain caused by stimulation of the soft tissues around the vertebrae.
