Central nervous system repair

Central nervous system repair

The central nervous system is a very important nervous tissue. Once there is a problem with the central nervous system, it will directly lead to paralysis or even paraplegia and other serious hazards. It is also very difficult to repair the central nervous system. Generally, surgical treatment may not achieve good results. Traditional Chinese medicine has a certain therapeutic effect in this regard. In addition, the recovery of the central nervous system is also related to one's own body.

Central nervous system repair

Central nervous system damage is paralysis or paraplegia caused by brain and spinal cord damage. In the early stages of the disease, Western medicine surgery only restores the diameter of the spinal canal to prevent the nerves from being damaged again and causing the condition to worsen, but the damaged nerves are still in a state of paralysis and shock and cannot recover.

In addition to self-repair, the recovery of nerve function requires the following treatment plans. If the damaged nerves are ischemic and degenerate for too long, there is no hope of recovery. Instead, a variety of symptoms will occur, including spastic paraplegia (cramps, stiffness, restraint, tremors, and muscle tightness) (which cannot be remedied after one and a half years or two years at most), and severe cases may lead to muscular atrophy and lifelong disability. Without providing any information, I can only provide you with a theoretical treatment plan: 1. Use Chinese medicine to enhance and improve spinal cord blood circulation so that the damaged nerves get adequate blood supply.

2. Combining Chinese and Western medicine to nourish nerves and soften scars is beneficial to nerve regeneration and repair. 3. The combination of spinal cord nerve regeneration pills can stimulate and activate the damaged nerves that are paralyzed and in shock, so that the damaged nerves can be regenerated and repaired to prevent and relieve spasms, so as to achieve movement and optimal recovery of bowel and defecation functions. The exercise method should be professionally designed according to the condition of the patient.

The function of the spinal cord is twofold:

The first is the conduction function. The deep and superficial sensations of the whole body (except the head) and the sensations of most internal organs must be transmitted to the brain through the white matter of the spinal cord to produce sensations. The brain's motor regulation of the trunk and limbs' striated muscles and control of some internal organs can only be achieved through conduction in the white matter of the spinal cord. If the spinal cord is damaged, its uplink and downlink functions will be impaired, causing sensory impairment and paralysis.

The second is reflex function. There are many low-level reflex centers in the gray matter of the spinal cord, which can complete some basic reflex activities; such as muscle stretch reflex center, urination and defecation center, low-level reflex center of sexual function activities, plantar reflex, knee jerk reflex and visceral reflex and other somatic reflexes.

Under normal circumstances, the reflex activities of the spinal cord are carried out under the control of higher centers. When the spinal cord is suddenly transected and loses connection with higher centers, temporary spinal shock occurs. Spinal cord injury interrupts some level of physiological function. Currently, thanks to medical advances, many patients with spinal cord injuries have the possibility to recover their physiological functions.
