Can mung beans remove fetal toxins? Common methods to remove fetal toxins

As we all know, mung beans are the best detoxifying food, but can mung beans remove fetal toxins? Many expectant mothers do not know much about this issue. In fact, mung beans can reduce the body's absorption of toxins, but they have no detoxification effect on toxins that have already been absorbed, so mung beans cannot be used to clear fetal toxins.

1. Mung beans cannot remove fetal toxins

Mung beans are rich in protein, which can combine with some poisons to reduce their absorption, but it has no detoxifying effect on toxins that have already been absorbed and cannot treat fetal toxins.

2. Methods to remove fetal toxins:

1. Mung bean and old pigeon soup

This is a traditional food for expelling toxins from the fetus. Be sure to choose an old pigeon, add a bowl of mung beans, boil it for two hours, and drink the soup, no need to eat the meat. You can eat it after 8 months of pregnancy, once a week or two weeks. If you can’t find old pigeon, you can also use pork stomach instead and cook it with mung beans.

2. Boiled eggs with mugwort leaves (goose eggs are best, but duck eggs and chicken eggs are also acceptable)

Use a small amount of moxa leaves, available at pharmacies, beat two eggs into it, eat the eggs and drink the soup, once every two weeks or a month, eat 4 times in total.

3. Boil corn with silk

Boil corn silk with water and add a little rock sugar to it, which can prevent jaundice in children after birth. Drink this at least once or twice a week.

4. Boiled eggs in lotus pod

Lotus pod is a traditional Chinese medicine and is sold in pharmacies. Wash three lotus pods, put them in 4-6 bowls of water and boil them for half an hour. Then put in the cooked eggs and boil for about 50 minutes. Add a little rock sugar and you can drink it. It can remove fetal toxins and the children born after eating the eggs will be whiter.

5. Coptis chinensis water

In the last month of pregnancy, drink Coptis chinensis water once a week. You can also buy ground Coptis chinensis tablets at the pharmacy and brew it with boiling water, one cup per week. In this way, the child is born clean and generally will not have a rash.

6. Jasmine flower stew with eggs

Use dried jasmine flowers, wash them before cooking, and put two bowls of water and eggs in a pot and cook them together. When the eggs are cooked, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and wait for it to melt. It is recommended to use rock sugar, which is more refreshing. Jasmine flowers will have a slightly bitter taste if they are boiled for a long time, but this is completely acceptable and it is not the bitter taste of medicine.
