Why do blackheads grow on the nose?

The nose is the most prone place for blackheads to grow, especially for people who often over-cleanse their skin, or who desperately squeeze blackheads with their hands when they see acne. This will make the situation worse. Being in a high temperature environment for a long time is also not good for the health of the skin.

Cause of blackheads 1: Over-cleansing the skin

When the weather gets hot, the sebum secretion of our pores becomes more vigorous. In order to remove the annoying oily shine, many people often wash their faces and remove makeup, thinking that this way they can say goodbye to greasiness. But in fact, unless you take medication, no matter what oil-removing actions we take, at most we can only remove the oil on our faces, and it is impossible to control the secretion of oil. On the contrary, if you clean too vigorously, the skin will become tight, dry, and peel, and even some small flakes will appear, which will easily cause our skin to have abnormal keratin metabolism or aging, causing greater damage.

Cause 2 of blackheads: squeezing pimples and blackheads

When pimples appear on the face, most people's first reaction is to start squeezing them hard in front of the mirror. Maybe you feel very satisfied when squeezing them, but I have to be honest with you. For a considerable number of pimples that are deeper, larger or clearly visible to the naked eye, even if you squeeze them, the oil and dead skin cells stuck inside can be discharged, but the spring next to them has been deformed and has no elasticity, so there is still a hole, and the oil and dead skin cells will be stuck back again in a few days!

Cause 3 of blackheads: High temperature environment

The sebaceous glands become more active due to certain environmental factors, the biggest influence of which is the temperature of the environment. Once the temperature of the surrounding environment becomes higher, the secretion of the sebaceous glands will increase. According to statistics, the secretion of the sebaceous glands will increase by 10% for every degree increase in the ambient temperature of the human body. If you compare the environment of 25 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees Celsius, the latter secretes twice as much sebum as the former.
