8. Drying: Classify and place the sorted Astragalus slices in an oven for drying. The oven temperature should be controlled within 70-80℃. Dry for half an hour and drain every 10 minutes until dry. The moisture content of the slices after drying should be controlled within 11.0%;

9. Classify Astragalus of different widths, sort out the broken pieces, rotten pieces and impurities, and pack them separately;

10. When packing, the authentic medicinal pieces should be flattened and compacted. After passing the quantitative inspection, labels should be affixed to the outside of the box and the box should be sealed before storage.
