Generally speaking, we are relatively unfamiliar with seminal vesiculitis, but it often occurs in men, especially young men. Due to a series of reasons such as work and psychology, this type of disease is prone to occur. Many male friends think that this disease is very difficult to treat, so they will have a series of fears. So, is seminal vesiculitis really difficult to treat? Let’s take a brief look at it! It is not difficult to treat. (1) For patients with a long course of illness, neurological symptoms, or heavy mental burden due to hematospermia, the condition should be explained to eliminate unnecessary mental burden. (2) Hot water sitz bath: 1 to 2 times a day, water temperature around 40°C. (3) Physical therapy: mainly includes perineal or rectal ion introduction, ultrashort wave, microwave irradiation, etc., once a day, 10 to 15 times as a course of treatment. Seminal vesiculitis is one of the common infectious diseases in men, and the age of onset is mostly between 20 and 40 years old. The main clinical manifestation is hematospermia, but it can be acute or chronic, with great individual differences. The specific symptoms are as follows: 1. Hematospermia: Hematospermia is discharged during ejaculation, and the semen is pink or red or contains blood clots. In acute cases, hematospermia is more obvious. 2. Auxiliary examination: Routine examination of semen can show a large number of red blood cells and white blood cells. Semen bacterial culture was positive. Routine blood examination shows a significant increase in white blood cells in acute cases. 3. Frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination: In acute cases, the symptoms of urgency and pain during urination are obvious, and difficulty in urination may be seen. Chronic symptoms include frequent urination, urgency, discomfort and burning sensation during urination. 4. Pain: In acute cases, pain may occur in the lower abdomen, involving the perineum and both sides of the groin. Chronic cases may cause dull pain in the suprapubic area and discomfort in the perineum. The pain symptoms are significantly worse during ejaculation. 5. Other symptoms: There may be fever, chills, and shivering, which are systemic symptoms seen in acute seminal vesiculitis. Hematuria is also one of the manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. Painful ejaculation, low libido, nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation are common symptoms in chronic patients. In fact, this disease is not that difficult to treat. As long as you persist in treatment, you will be cured. Male friends should also pay more attention to hygiene, otherwise it will aggravate their condition! In daily life, friends should also take care of their bodies and prevent the occurrence of diseases. This must be paid attention to. |
