8 small actions for great health

Our ancestors relied on hunting and picking wild fruits to fill their stomachs and rarely suffered from diseases. Modern humans enjoy a highly developed material civilization, but they overdraw their health in busy work and life, resulting in modern diseases such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, endocrine disorders, palpitations, hair loss, headaches, constipation, etc.; and symptoms such as poor appetite, fatigue, weakness, inattention, irritability, irritability, depression, drowsiness, and insomnia are even more common.

When you wake up, do some exercises in bed for a few minutes:

Comb your hair with your fingers for one minute: Use the fingers of both hands to comb your hair from the front to the back of your head repeatedly. It can slowly awaken brain cells, enhance blood flow to the brain, promote blood circulation in the head, is beneficial for preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and can also maintain hair.

Gently rub the earlobes for one minute: use the fingers of both hands to rub along the left and right earlobes from front to back 30 times, from back to front 30 times, then rub up and down 30 times, and finally pat the left and right ears 10 times with both hands. The ears are covered with acupuncture points all over the body. Doing this can unblock the meridians, especially for the prevention and treatment of tinnitus, dizziness, forgetfulness and other symptoms.

Roll your eyes for one minute: Open your eyes, roll your eyeballs clockwise 30 times, counterclockwise 30 times, up and down 30 times, and left and right 30 times. Waking up from a deep sleep as soon as possible can especially exercise the eye muscles and refresh the mind.

Massage your belly button for one minute: Use the palms of your hands to massage your belly button alternately. Above and below the navel are the locations of the Shenque, Guanyuan, Qihai, Dantian, Zhongwan and other acupoints. In particular, massaging the Shenque point can prevent and treat stroke. Massage also has the effect of refreshing the mind and replenishing Qi.

Roll over from side to side for one minute: Gently roll over in bed. Mobilize the large joints of the spine and the waist muscles.

Do stretches in bed while sitting up:

Place a pillow behind your back, stretch your arms backward and your body to stretch. Then naturally raise your hands, lay them flat, and stretch them backward as far as you can. Then repeat deep breathing several times. Raising and extending your hands can pull up the ribs, expand the chest cavity, strengthen the diaphragm activity, and cause most of the body's muscles to contract, thereby accelerating blood circulation and allowing blood to flow quickly back to the body, supplying the heart and brain system with enough oxygen and blood to keep the mind clear. Deep breathing can activate lung cells and promote the work of alveoli.

When getting dressed, sit on the bed and do chest expansion exercises:

First, stretch your left hand from your shoulder to the back and hold it with your right hand behind your back. Then, pull your hands together and push your chest forward as much as possible. Then stretch your right hand from your shoulder behind your back and hold it with your left hand behind your back. Pull your hands together and push your chest forward as far as you can. Repeat 3-5 times. It has the effect of expanding the chest, strengthening the breasts and softening the back. This is particularly effective in preventing breast sagging in women. Especially middle-aged women who want to improve their body shape should insist on doing this breast care exercise.

When using the toilet, sit on the toilet and do teeth tapping exercises:

Close your lips and tap your teeth several times. It can dilate the blood vessels in the periodontal membrane, improve local blood circulation, stabilize the gums, and reduce the possibility of dental diseases. At the same time, teeth clicking increases saliva secretion in the mouth, which aids digestion.

While brushing your teeth, do pelvic floor exercises while standing:

When inhaling, lift your anus and contract your abdomen, and when exhaling, slowly relax your anus. Do this 20 to 30 times in a row. Anal lifting exercises can raise the vital energy, strengthen the internal organs, and regulate the qi, blood, yin and yang. Repeated contraction can enhance the function of the anal sphincter, accelerate venous return, improve blood circulation in the anal area, and promote intestinal peristalsis. It can prevent hemorrhoids and constipation, and is effective in improving visceral prolapse and gastrointestinal dysfunction.

When applying makeup, massage your feet with a foot massager:

When putting on makeup, place your feet on the foot massager and massage your feet while putting on makeup. The human body's internal organs, bones, muscles, limbs and joints all have corresponding reflex areas in the feet. There are also a large number of nerve endings in the feet. Doing more foot massage can improve the functions of the nervous, urinary, reproductive, circulatory and other systems. It will not only eliminate fatigue and improve the body's immunity, but also play a role in delaying aging, preventing and curing diseases.

When you go out, it is better to squat and bend your knees to put on your shoes:

Many people are accustomed to sitting on a stool or putting on shoes while standing when changing shoes. In fact, it is better to squat down and bend your knees to put on your shoes. This exercise can move the lumbar vertebrae, stimulate the calves and ankles, and you will feel the leg muscles working hard. Consciously doing more bending, kneeling, and squatting movements can also enhance heart activity and improve dizziness symptoms caused by changes in body position.

When working, do tapping exercises on the spot at the right time:

When sitting in the office for a long time, don't forget to take time to stand up and pat your body and hands. Tapping is a great form of self-massage that can vibrate the body's internal meridians and organs, relaxing them and avoiding cervical and lumbar diseases caused by limb stiffness and numbness. The reason for clapping the palms is that the palms and backs of the hands are covered with relevant acupuncture points on the body. Stimulating the acupuncture points will unblock the meridians, eliminate depression and anxiety, increase blood supply to the brain and heart, improve brain health, prevent and treat arteriosclerosis and Alzheimer's disease, and promote physical and mental health.
