[How to make tangerine peel wine]

1. Tangerine peel wine

Ingredients: 200 grams of tangerine peel and 3000 milliliters of white wine.

Method: Soak the clean tangerine peel directly in the wine, seal it for 20 days and then you can drink it. The longer the wine ages, the better it tastes.

Dosage: Once a day, 20-30 ml each time.

Efficacy: Warming the spleen and stomach, clearing the lungs and resolving phlegm. It is used for indigestion, nausea and vomiting, and is especially effective for indigestion and loss of appetite caused by eating too much greasy food.

2. Dafeng Wine

Ingredients: 100 grams of soybeans, 16 grams of processed aconite, 20 grams each of Citrus aurantium, Alisma orientalis, dried tangerine peel, Poria cocos, and Saposhnikovia divaricata, and 1 kilogram of white wine.

Preparation method: First, grind the last 6 ingredients of the above medicine into fine powder, put them in a silk bag, and place them in a clean container. Use 2 jin of wine and water to boil soybeans, take 2 jin, soak them in the container, boil until 1.5 jin is left, and divide them into 3 portions.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat rheumatism and fullness all over the body.

3. Menstrual regulation wine

Ingredients: 120g each of Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, and Evodia rutaecarpa, 90g each of stir-fried white peony root, white Poria cocos, tangerine peel, Corydalis yanhusuo, and Cortex Moutan, 180g each of Rehmannia glutinosa and vinegar-cooked Cyperus rotundus, 60g each of fennel and Amomum villosum, 15kg of shochu, and 10kg of rice wine.

Preparation method: Put the above medicines in a silk bag, immerse them in wine, seal the container, heat it in water for 1.5 hours, let it cool, and soak it for a few days before drinking.

Efficacy: It is mainly used to treat abdominal distension and pain during menstruation caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold evil, scanty menstrual blood, dark blood clots, and irregular menstruation.

4. Cold cough wine

Ingredients: 60 grams of whole perilla, 15 grams each of almond, trichosanthes peel, thunbergia thunbergii, pinellia, fructus aurantii, stemona, platycodon, mulberry bark, loquat leaf, and poria, 30 grams each of tangerine peel and dried ginger, 7.5 grams each of asarum, cardamom seed, and schisandra chinensis, 1.5 grams of licorice, and 2500 grams of white wine.

Preparation method: Put the medicine in a white gauze bag, place it in a clean container, soak it in wine, seal it, open it after 5 days, filter it and bottle it for later use.

Efficacy: dispel wind and cold, relieve cough and asthma. It is suitable for cold cough, with symptoms including cough, asthma, nasal congestion and clear runny nose, itchy throat and heavy voice, thin and white sputum, headache and fever, aversion to cold or wind, etc.
