Mental factors such as mental tension, excitement, depression, fear, anxiety, boredom, etc. can often cause insomnia; excessive work and study pressure, environmental changes, noise, light and air pollution and other social environmental factors are another important reason; eating too much for dinner, drinking tea and coffee before going to bed and other bad living habits can also cause insomnia.


Insomnia means sleeping disorder. The main symptoms are difficulty falling asleep, intermittent sleep, waking up too early, inability to continue sleeping after waking up, lack of sleep, general fatigue, and tiredness. Insomnia is a very painful thing. Some people even lose faith in life.

Second: Don’t drink coffee, strong tea, or smoke before going to bed, as these substances have a certain negative impact on falling asleep. You can drink some milk or light green tea instead.

Third: Regularly eat porridge or sweet soup made from red dates, coix seeds, corn, millet and other foods that replenish qi and blood, because constant insomnia will cause a person to have insufficient qi and blood and become weak;

Insomnia is a new problem facing human beings in today's society. Insomnia can be treated according to the above methods. In daily life, you should also pay attention to some details, regularize your daily life, develop the habit of going to bed and getting up at regular times, so as to establish your own biological clock. Avoid sleeping in too much. Sleep cannot be stored, and sleeping too much is useless.
