The kidneys are related to the health of many functions of our body, so we should raise our awareness of prevention and protect our kidneys well. Because many people do not pay attention to their eating habits or lifestyles, their kidney function gradually fails, bringing serious consequences to themselves. In order to help more people understand the symptoms of renal failure, this article introduces several common symptoms in detail. The kidneys are relatively important organs in our body. Once renal failure occurs, it will have a great impact on our body's immunity or health. I hope everyone will pay more attention to it so that we can better protect the health of our kidneys and have a strong body. Kidney failure A pathological condition in which there is partial or complete loss of kidney function. According to the speed of onset, it can be divided into acute and chronic. Acute renal failure is caused by a variety of diseases that cause both kidneys to lose their excretion function in a short period of time, which is referred to as acute renal failure. Chronic renal failure is a syndrome consisting of a group of clinical symptoms that occur when chronic kidney disease caused by various causes develops to the late stage. Chronic renal failure is divided into 4 stages according to the degree of renal damage: ① Renal reserve function decreases and the patient is asymptomatic. ② Compensatory stage of renal insufficiency. ③ In the renal decompensation stage (azotemia stage), patients experience fatigue, loss of appetite and anemia. ④Uremia stage, with uremia symptoms. Symptoms and signs ①Oliguria period. Decreased urine volume leads to hyperkalemia, water intoxication (severe edema, increased blood pressure, pulmonary edema or cerebral edema), metabolic acidosis and symptoms of acute uremia. Hyperkalemia and water intoxication were the main causes of death. ②Polyuria period. After the regeneration and repair of renal tubular epithelial cells, the urine volume gradually increases, causing the blood potassium and blood sodium to decrease. Patients with persistent polyuria may die from dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. ③Recovery period. After the polyuria period, the urine volume decreases to normal, and the blood sugar, creatinine (Scr) and electrolytes return to normal levels, but it takes 3 to 6 months for the renal tubular function and structure to return to normal. Those who fail to recover will develop chronic renal failure. Although the urine volume of the non-oliguric type is not small, it increases day by day and symptoms of poisoning appear. However, the prognosis is good because the kidney damage is mild. Through the introduction of this article, I believe you have a certain understanding of the symptoms of renal failure. Once you find the above-mentioned symptoms around you, please go to a regular hospital for treatment in time to avoid missing the best time to treat renal failure. At the same time, in life, I also need to promote some methods to prevent renal failure to my family and friends to keep them away from the impact of renal failure. |
