Similarly, when sleeping on your side, the head should be tilted slightly back compared to the shoulders, and the hips and knees should be slightly bent to keep the muscles naturally relaxed. If the legs are too straight, the muscles and tissues will be stretched to a certain extent. Sleeping on your stomach is not conducive to breathing or keeping your neck in a natural position. It should be noted that, in fact, for healthy people, the requirements for sleeping posture are not very high, but for some patients, such as those with cervical spondylosis, it is quite necessary to adopt the correct sleeping posture.
