Early symptoms of skin cancer

Skin cancer, i.e. malignant tumor of the skin, may mainly manifest as lumps or ulcerous lesions in the early stage, or may manifest as black tumors. Skin cancer is mainly divided into basal cell carcinoma of the skin. The main ulcer lesions are repeated non-healing, and then they become sunken like a crater. The main reason is that the base is relatively shallow, and the treatment effect is very good. The treatment is expanded through surgery. Skin squamous cell carcinoma manifests as local flower-like tumors or ulcers that repeatedly do not heal, and lumps form on the surface. There may be lymph node metastasis, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be performed after surgery to control it. Skin melanoma manifests as black tumors of the skin, which are the most malignant and have poor treatment effects.

Skin cancer treatments

Skin cancer is caused by the canceration of skin surface tissue, a rapidly growing mass on the skin surface, or a skin ulcer that does not heal for a long time. The latter is mainly diagnosed by biopsy pathology, and skin cancer treatment mainly adopts extended surgical resection. If the lymph nodes are enlarged in the corresponding area, lymph node cleaning is required. After surgery, it is necessary to combine the type and stage of skin cancer to decide whether chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy are needed.

Can skin cancer be cured?

Skin cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs on the skin. Generally speaking, skin cancer is curable. Compared with other internal organs and other parts of the body, the cancer may be relatively less serious and can be cured through surgery. For example, a common type of cancer in the skin is basal cell carcinoma of the skin. Generally, the lesion range is relatively shallow and can be expanded with radical resection through surgery. The general treatment effect is very good. For squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, there may be regional lymph node metastasis. In addition to surgery, lymph node cleaning should be done, and the treatment effect may be better. There is also a type called malignant melanoma of the skin, which can only be cured in the very early stage, and most of them may not be completely cured.
