How to self-detect whether you have breast cancer? Teach you 4 self-detection methods for breast cancer

Breasts are the unique curves and charm of women. At present, breast cancer has become a common tumor that threatens women's physical and mental health. So, do women have breast cancer? How to test yourself? The breast is an ectoderm organ derived from the skin and belongs to the superficial structure of the chest wall. Generally speaking, girls start to develop from the age of 12 - the breasts start to develop from the age of 13 and are basically mature at the age of 15-17. Although there are racial and ethnic differences, the breast is roughly composed of 15-20 glandular lobes. Breasts make women show unique curves and charm, but now breast diseases are increasing by about 3,000 cases each year. Women should pay more attention to breast health and prevent, detect and treat them as early as possible. Female friends should learn self-examination techniques and take care of their breasts. It is recommended to take a bath every two months to detect breast cancer as early as possible. Experts have summarized four simple steps for self-examination: First, face the mirror, put your hands down, and carefully observe whether the two sides of the breasts are symmetrical, whether there are abnormalities, and whether the skin and nipples are sunken or eczema. 2. Raise your left hand to the back of your head, check your left breast with your right hand, and gently press the breast with your fingers and abdomen to feel whether there is a lump. Start checking the nipple clockwise and gradually move outward (about three or four circles) until all breasts are checked. Use the same method to check the right breast. 3. Lie flat, put a pillow on your left shoulder, bend your right hand under your head, and repeat the "touch" method to check both breasts. In addition to the breasts, check whether there is lymph node enlargement in the armpits. Then squeeze the nipple with your thumb and index finger, and pay attention to whether there is abnormal secretion. We can judge whether the breasts are healthy from the following aspects: 1. Skin: normal color, no edema, rash, injury, superficial vein anger, skin wrinkles, orange peel-like changes. 2. Nipple and areola: no local redness and swelling and other changes, no nipple depression. 3. Nipple discharge: Check whether the nipple has discharge, and carefully check whether it overflows by itself or after squeezing, and the characteristics of unilateral or bilateral discharge. 4. Breast lumps: Check the location, shape, size, number, texture, surface smoothness, mobility and tenderness of breast lumps. 5. Morphology: Whether the appearance, size and position of the breast are normal.
