Eggs are foods with very high nutritional value, especially the protein content. Eating eggs regularly is very good for your health. There are many ways to eat eggs, the simplest of which is egg drop soup. However, making egg flowers also requires skills. Colander Method

After boiling water in the pot, turn down the heat and wait for the water surface to calm down slightly. Pour the beaten egg liquid onto the colander and pour it evenly into the pot. Clean Water Method

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add twice the amount of water and stir with chopsticks. Boil water in a pot and then turn to low heat. When the water surface is slightly calm, pour the egg liquid evenly into the pot. After a few seconds, stir gently in one direction for a few circles with chopsticks. The beautiful egg flower is ready. For this method, I like to pour the beaten egg liquid into a container with a pointed mouth. This way, the egg liquid will have thinner lines when poured out than from a wide-mouthed container, and the resulting egg flowers will be more beautiful!

Starch method

It is generally used to make tomato soup and seaweed soup. After the tomato soup or seaweed soup boils, add an appropriate amount of starch into cold water to dissolve it and pour it into the pot, stirring constantly. Wait until the soup in the pot becomes slightly thick, turn down the heat and wait until the water surface is slightly calm, pour the egg liquid evenly into the pot, wait for a few seconds, and gently stir it in one direction with chopsticks for a few circles. This way, a lot of egg flowers will be produced, and the egg flowers will be in pieces.

Vortex method

Before pouring the egg liquid in, stir the entire pot of soup into a vortex, then slowly pour the egg liquid in from the edge of the vortex. The vortex will automatically pull the egg flowers into flocs.
