Low fever 375

Low fever 375

The normal body temperature of a person is generally between 36.5 and 37 degrees. The temperature measured by each person is different at different times and locations. However, if the body temperature is 37.5 degrees, it means that the patient has a fever. This fever state is called a low fever, and physical cooling methods can be used. So what should we do if the low fever is 37.5 degrees?

If a child has a fever, antipyretic suppositories and injections can be used to reduce the fever. Parents should note that if there are no symptoms such as convulsions, vomiting, severe coughing, difficulty breathing, blue face, general weakness, etc., and the child only has a high fever, there is no need to be too nervous. If the baby happens to have a fever late at night, you can give him antipyretics, let him sleep quietly, and then take him to the doctor the next day.

Because the baby's own immunity can resist viruses, babies with good immunity can sometimes resist viruses and bacteria on their own without taking any medication. Using medication when the baby's immunity can resist viruses is not conducive to the development of the baby's immune cells' ability to resist viruses, and the medication will have side effects on the baby.

If the baby's fever is above 38.5, mothers should give the baby antipyretics. Babies should use children's antipyretic drugs. Never give adults' antipyretic drugs directly to children. When using antipyretic drugs, you must follow the dosage instructions carefully and avoid overdose. You must also follow the instructions on how often to take them.

Because medicines have side effects on the baby's kidneys, the toxins in the medicines will circulate through the baby's body and be eliminated from the body. If the kidneys cannot process the excess, toxins will accumulate in the body and cause physical harm to the baby's body.
