What's the matter with the constant sneezing and runny nose

If you keep sneezing or have a runny nose, it is mostly caused by some allergic rhinitis problems. Therefore, we should pay more attention to prevention in our lives, especially avoid contact with pollen or some things that are prone to cause allergies.

1. Sneezing is caused by the blood vessels in the nose becoming allergic to humidity, temperature and even spicy food. The fourth most common cause of sneezing is non-allergic rhinitis, also known as eosinophilic rhinitis, or NARES. The patient has symptoms of chronic rhinitis, but the reaction to various allergens is non-positive. And for an unknown reason, their bodies seem to release histamine, causing allergic symptoms such as sneezing.

2. The more common causes of sneezing in our lives include non-allergic rhinitis, nasal congestion, or itchy and tearing eyes. At this time, you should seek medical attention in time.

3. Pollen, mold or other allergens. The three main causes of sneezing are foreign objects entering the nasal cavity, stimulation by cold air or strong light, and emotional impulse. These substances first irritate the nasal mucosa, which has many sensitive nerve cells. Once stimulated, they will become congested and produce clear and thin mucus.

4. At the same time, these nerve cells transmit this situation to the brain at the first time. The brain issues a command, and the human body then produces a series of inhalation movements to store a large amount of gas in the lungs. When the amount of gas reaches a certain level, the chest muscles contract violently, and a strong airflow suddenly appears in the lungs, which ejects gas out through the nostrils with the greatest force to expel irritants from the body.
