Luo Jing, Ken Takakura, Li Yu, Asan and other names are familiar to everyone. They are not only well-known figures known to the Chinese people, but also because of their deaths, most people have become aware of the disease of lymphoma. Today we will learn about the symptoms of lymphadenoma. Lymphoma is a common malignant tumor disease in today's life. This disease causes great harm to the patient's health. The key to treating lymphoma lies in early detection and early treatment. However, many patients are already in the late stage when they seek medical treatment and have missed the best time for treatment. What are the obvious symptoms of lymphoma 1. Anemia: Anemia is a symptom of malignant lymphoma. Clinically, about 10% to 20% of patients have anemia when they seek medical treatment, and it may even occur several months before lymph node enlargement. Anemia is more common in patients with advanced disease. Progressive anemia and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate are important clinical indicators for determining whether malignant lymphoma develops or not. 2. Impaired immune function: Since lymphoma patients, especially those in the advanced stage, have low immune status, they may develop central nervous system infections such as Cryptococcus neoformans. Hematogenous purulent meningitis or brain abscess may also occur. Malignant lymphoma invading the brain parenchyma may be accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage. 3. Swollen lymph nodes: Many lymphoma patients present with painless cervical lymph node enlargement in the early stages, and later other parts of the body are also discovered. The lymph nodes can range in size from soybeans to dates, and are of medium hardness, tough, uniform, and plump. Generally, there is no adhesion to the skin, and it does not fuse with each other in the early and middle stages and is movable. In the later stages, lymph nodes may grow to a large size or fuse into large masses with a diameter of more than 20 cm. Some lymphoma patients have multiple swollen lymph nodes from the onset of the disease, making it difficult to determine where the initial site is. Lymphoma symptoms Early symptoms: The neck is the most common area, followed by the armpits and groin; there are often general weakness, weight loss, loss of appetite, night sweats and irregular fever. Late-stage symptoms: In the late stage, adhesions and multiple enlarged lymph nodes often fuse into masses; lymphomas originating in the pharyngeal lymphatic ring are often accompanied by subdiaphragmatic invasion. Symptoms include sore throat, foreign body sensation, shortness of breath and hoarseness. Patients with malignant lymphoma may have a series of nonspecific skin manifestations. The skin lesions are polymorphic, with erythema, blisters, erosions, etc. Patients with advanced malignant lymphoma have low immunity, and skin infections often ulcerate and exude for a long time, forming systemic scattered skin thickening and desquamation. |
