What causes sudden skin allergies?

Whenever the climate changes and there is a big temperature difference, many female friends will experience skin allergies, sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy throat, and in severe cases, itchy skin and peeling. The dust and pollen in the environment are the culprits, which produce dopamine, a substance that causes human allergies. Of course, there are more than one reason for skin allergies. What causes sudden skin allergies?

Medically, allergies are divided into four different types and named with Roman numerals I to IV. The most common of these are types I and IV. Type I is sometimes called "atopic" or "rapid allergy." For example, the human body will react within seconds after being stung by an insect, animal hair allergies and pollen allergies will react within minutes, and food allergies will react within 30 minutes. In contrast, type IV allergies react much more slowly, with symptoms not appearing until a day or several days later. For example, allergies to decorative objects and many types of occupational allergies. Therefore, people call it "delayed allergy".

For skin allergies, antihistamines are often used in clinical treatment. Although it can inhibit the release of histamine, its effect is very limited. It is ineffective for many allergic symptoms and also has side effects. Some antihistamines can make you drowsy and mentally sluggish. Allergy research experts believe that the most effective measure is to find out the allergy triggers and avoid contact with this substance again. But it is not easy to accurately find the disease-causing factor among 20,000 different inducing factors. To detect an allergic reaction to a substance, doctors need to perform a variety of different skin tests, which is time-consuming and laborious. Moreover, many allergens cannot be completely avoided, such as drugs and insects, which are difficult to guard against. Therefore, if people with allergic skin want to have perfect skin, they should mainly start with daily skin care and try to reduce skin allergy. As time goes by, the incidence rate will gradually decrease after people reach middle age.

Use dietary desensitization method. Patients with allergies should pay attention to a balanced diet and eat less greasy, sweet and irritating food, tobacco, alcohol, etc. Certain foods are also allergens, so be careful to identify them. Eating more vitamin-rich foods can enhance the body's immune ability. People with allergies can eat more foods with anti-allergic properties to enhance the skin's defense capabilities. According to nutritionists, onions and garlic contain anti-inflammatory compounds that can prevent the onset of allergies. There are also many vegetables and fruits that can fight allergies, among which cabbage and citrus fruits are particularly effective. Because it is rich in vitamin C, which is a natural antihistamine, if you consume 1000 mg from your diet every day, it is enough to prevent the occurrence of allergies. People with allergic constitution have less free amino acids in their blood than healthy people. If the free amino acids in the blood can be increased, the incidence of allergies will be greatly reduced.

Lack of sleep and irregular eating habits will reduce the skin's resistance, which will slowly turn the skin into sensitive skin, making it easy to be invaded by foreign substances. Many people take good care of their skin, but if they don't do it in the right way, their skin will become very dry. Pay attention to moisturizing. Carrying a spray with you is a good choice.
