This thing I touched on my body turned out to be early stage bone cancer

Bone cancer refers to the skeletal system, which, like other organs, can be affected by tumors of any tissue component or by metastatic lesions from other organs. Because the early symptoms of bone cancer are not very obvious, many people are already in the middle or late stages when they discover bone cancer. In order to treat bone cancer promptly and effectively, Director Lin Xin of the Meirui Orthopedics Department will introduce to us the early symptoms of bone cancer patients to help us detect the occurrence of bone cancer more promptly.

1. The most typical symptom of bone cancer is bone pain.

Bone and joint pain or swelling that is worse at night and not necessarily related to activity; the pain may be constant, dull, or only felt with pressure.

2. Spontaneous fracture.

Pathological fracture or deformation occurs. There is one or more broken bones with no apparent cause. After a fracture is treated, your doctor should conduct a detailed examination to check for diseases such as osteosarcoma or osteoporosis.

3. A hard lump can be felt on the surface of the bone, which may be painful or not.

Some parts of the body may also experience symptoms such as skin ulcers. The distal part of the affected limb will experience numbness due to compression of nerves and blood vessels.

4. Fever, weight loss, fatigue, and decreased mobility

Sometimes it occurs in advanced bone cancer. Benign bone cancer is usually painless.

Through the above introduction by Dr. Lin Xin from the Meirui Orthopedics Department, we know what the early symptoms of bone cancer are. If you find that you have similar symptoms as above, you must go to a relevant regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time for early detection and early treatment. Since there is currently no way for us to face cancer easily, the best way to deal with it is prevention, such as a good lifestyle, including not smoking, preventing sun radiation, limiting alcohol intake, adopting a high-fiber and low-fat diet, exercising, etc., all of which can reduce the risk of cancer. I hope that the introduction by Dr. Lin Xin from the Meirui Orthopedics Department can be helpful to you or your friends.
